It's the Grunwald Monument (commemorating the Polish victory over the Teutonic knights in 1410) in Krakow, Poland. It has a very interesting history of restoration after the Germans destroyed it in 1940. http://info-poland.buffalo.edu/classroom/JM/krakow.html
