Beauuuutiful! I love looking at skulls. I love how you can tell how different those two people looked, from the differences in the eye orbits, to the differences in the foreheads, cheekbones, etc.
Have you ever been to the Mütter Museum in Philadelphia? I had read about it for ages, and finally got to go just last year, when I was in Philly for a work trip.
Among their other items are the Hyrtl Skulls, which were collected starting in the mid-1800s by an Austrian anatomist. I stood in front of that great big glass-fronted case for the longest time. Fascinating stuff.
